    Come On Crazy
Your deliberatly being deceptive with your comments now.

Dont get me wrong I like many here have been critical of Management till now but when you quote Dunlop selling shares quote the number and percentage sold of his holding.
You like to talk in percentage so is it .0001% of his holding? And was his last sale to cover taking up his entitlment in the last cash raising?

If you look at my disclosure I am a long term holder for a few years now. Done bOk but will do better sooner than later. Thanks for your concern though.

Management could have done better like all managements. In the current situation they could have gone ahead and been screwed by Heathgate or called their bluff and gone to Court to enforce their rights based on their legally binding JV Agreement.

If they hadnt gone to Court then we would have someone else saying now that we arent getting our fair share.

They will win this if it drags till the end. If it does then they will sue for damages. But whatever happens , in the end we will get whapartnert we legally should and everyone will kiss and get back in bed with each other.

Like I said look at Biota and Glaxo. Glaxo is BIG and they sorted it out with little old Biota in the end. By the way Biota didnt have the cash reserves AGS has at present, thanks to Managements timing.

And those Scoping Study results will come. My bet is to coincide with an appropriate Court Hearing date. IMO

    Cheers

    Chicka
