Normally would be stupid to dump one of the biggest holdings at all time lows, however if they getting these shares at a silly discount, and can dump on market for 100% return, whilst shareholders get screwed, then you cant blame them as they are acting in a predictable self interested way. Blame the management (DT) that made these deals.
