They will buy in how, on market? If so that doesnt help the company at all as the company doesnt get the funds.
How are they buying in , in your scenario? Think it out, doesnt make any sense at all.
If they wanted to raise, they could of raise prior to this announcement, even raise at a 20% discount, without announcing to market they are pausing BFS, and then they would have raised at a lot higher price without the dilution.
Sorry but your scenario just doesnt make any sense in the real world.
