neither of the above. Just an accumulator who has their share and not prepared to sail any closer to the wind re losing shares... once they unstacked he queue it moved with ease. Price has been artificially low for months based on fear (and lack of comms). W3 has called it repeatedly... a conspiracy to keep the price trending down... mysteriously coinciding with poor comms from our leader. Suddenly he gives a proper update and shazam, the blocker is removed and the pressure is gone. hhmmmm.
