    At some stage you just have to admit it appears the government will refuse to sign the mc.

    Parliament finishes for the year in a few weeks, not back til mid Feb, looks like they drag it a few more weeks and we start waiting again in March next year

    or do we just on sell the project as is and claw something back from this?
