Why does your mind boggle hkp
We new long ago that Syr got a 100 mill loan (that needs to be paid back) from uncle joe. But hey if this adds 1 billion dollars to the market cap happy days.
I doubt it very much though, confirmation of loan approval may get sp to $2 max
