    I stress that I am only guessing, but I note that the other day ROG announced that it had been granted permits in the Surat basin.

    It is possible that CTP and ROG are joining together to do a JV in those areas, and need more money, having said taht I note taht ROG is not in any trading halt, so thats that guess out the window.

    Just a guess on my part.
