I'm asking because this issue is raised by Dustin Garrow in a recent interview he had with smithweekly
his main concern is
1) port facilities not design for class 7 carriers
2) the carriers may not made port call there
they discuss about uranium transportation issue
so hope the management can shed more lights on the arrangement to address the issues
