The only red flag I see is how quick you’re passing judgement on a development that hasn’t even got a JORC defined resource yet.
I’d be waiting for the NXM maiden JORC resource before deciding the most economical approach to extract that ore. As so far they have hit (near surface) gold along pretty much their entire 1.6km Crusader/Templar prospect with several promising ‘step out’ targets that could also add further width
