well this slipped under the radar...i didnt notice.
im assuming this is the over staking claim Bradda Head had against AZL & tried to say 5.4km of big sandy was theirs:
dated 18/10/22 (from Bradda Head) :
The Company has also been notified by the Bureau of Land Management(BLM) that its claims over portions of the Wikieup South claim block, equating to 5.4km2, are no longer valid due to the mineral rights being owned by a 3rd party, and should not have been allowed to be staked by Bradda in July 2021.This has now been resolved. The ownership of the Company's other sedimentary claims at Wikieup and Basin are unaffected by this.
july 2021 was when AZL announced Bradda Head told them they believed claims were over staked.
maybe this what caused delay with BLM on big sandy?
i guess you cant approve drilling until you confirm whose tenements they are?
