Acadia have their name on the patent that is critical to the manufacturing process. Seems like a massive ace up Acadias sleeve wrt to negotiations?!
I don't see it that way.
Acadia don’t have their name on this patent. One of the nine inventors named on the patent is from Acadia but what is much more important is that this patent is owned by Neuren, not Acadia.
