Longer term will be farther and farther away when we have over one billion FPOs while the stock moves in .1c price steps... it's the makings of a day trader stock, just look at ADY, EGO, EXM.
The only thing I can think of that would warrant this kind of dilution right in the midst of getting moving is acquisitions. And if JH has been swept up in the hype of AOE buyout and is looking to acquire more subsidiaries, then I would hope he steps down.
CTP has -more than enough- on its plate already, we don't need anything else but to deal with what we have now.
I am 100% against a CR at this point in time. It's just another excuse for management to delay any actual action.
