Communications:

Internally: empowered employees that are working to specific outputs and KPI’s. SMART objectives. (acronymn)

Website: currently not intuitive. Redesign underway.

Shareholders: 7 statutory Communications during the year. Anything material will be released at the first possible opportunity. As we move forward there will be a lot of commercial in confidence information and will not be released. Shareholders must respect the fact that no news Is good news mantra, and the company will communicate appropriately.
