Based on a double top pattern it could drop to US$1,290, but it's also possible for it to get to US$1,200.
The usual impetus that gets gold going....war, political turmoil, Russia, Taiwan, plunging currencies, tanking stock markets, energy crisis, a pandemic have had no affect and the gold price has plunged. Gold is no longer the safe haven it once was.
Anyway I better not stick around too long or I'll get a pasting from the goldbugs.
