All we want is communication, integrity and competence. We have not had this for the last 5 years and there has been no signs of substantial changes to address this since the GM.

your comments confuse me. On one hand you agree PB has failed in areas and that new blood needs to be brought in. Yet you are supporting the status quo? Biddle has had quiet a bit of time now to put out a statement saying thanks PB for your time but your time will be up at the end of the calendar year and we will
have a new CEO by then. He could have also acknowledge communication has not been up to standard and it will be addressed by doing X,Y and Z. He could have also done everything he could to retain Fisher or at least show some respect in the announcement he was leaving. He could have said to PB, no, will not put out an announcement on a Friday afternoon giving 1 day for nomination of directors as this would be show contempt for due process. BUT he has not done any of this. What is it that you want if you do want change but are backing the status quo?
