you got it- he’s managed to take control for very little money- cheapest shell on the ASX and all at shareholder ezoense. From what I can tell, the “loan” was made before shareholder approval gained so surely ASIC or ASX must consider action now? Otherwise he’s effectively walked away with 80m raised over time
