Hey Kemac if you intend hanging around here as long as some that post you will find out why the old timers are frustrated. I have only been on the register for a bit over a year. Can you tell me why the PE ratio is so low? I would really like to know the answer to that question. The fair value for BPT should be a minimum of 2 bucks but look where it is. The extremely low dividend payout is just one of several issues that needs to be addressed. Hopefully they have the spinal fortitude to deal with these issues at the AGM so that the SP has a lot more stability in the future than has been the case over the last 18 months. Are they actually making the decisions that add value for the benefit of shareholders? I dont think so as it is seems obvious that shareholders do not get a lot of consideration when you look at the unstable SP. The market is making its judgement and it has not rated the direction that BPT is heading with any confidence imo. But please DYOR.
