    positives

    no debt
    cash in bank
    unhedged
    big resource base
    management OK

    negatives are high cash costs and various issues discussed here about recent operational disaster

    so its a punt on a turn around story

    as you say

    time will tell

    I wouldnt recommend it a a buy though!
