    They haven't been pre-empted.

    a) NUH has simply re-branded the old IQ Max2 as a Hearing Amplifier (PSAP). It is not an OTC device. It is also being sold on Amazon.

    b) The 'HP' is actually 'Hearing Pro' made by German company Audio Service. It has nothing to do with HP (Hewlett Packard)
