Ann: Resignation of Non-Executive Director, page-16

I was going to post the announcement of Samantha Higgs appointment in January of this year ,no longer necessary.
There is no room for misogynistic comments on this board in reference to Ms Hoggs Resignation.
What catches my eye is the fact that her area of expertise was with finance and governance leadership positions .
She was appointed to the Company’s audit and Risk committee.
Of particular note is that in the last few months there was been three director resignations all of whom were on this very committee.
There is an old expression “ where there’s smoke theres fire”
