Dorfner refused to provide the information to EGR, IP Australia has written to EGR to advise them Dorfner has refused and told EGR they can still make requests to Dorfner asking for additional information.

I honestly think this is bad news for Dorfner, it is upto them to prove EGR patent is not new and inventive, failing to provide clarification on their purification process isn't going to go down well with the panel who makes the final determination.

I am surprised you haven't responded,

This IMO is the damming part for Dorfner and RNU,

If Dorfner cannot provide the evidence, then their arguement is most likely thrown out and EGR's patent will most likely be approved,

If my assessment is correct, RNU and Dorfner might need to alter their purification process which we all know takes years to resolve,
