This IMO is the damming part for Dorfner and RNU,
If Dorfner cannot provide the evidence, then their arguement is most likely thrown out and EGR's patent will most likely be approved,
If my assessment is correct, RNU and Dorfner might need to alter their purification process which we all know takes years to resolve,
