    This is a good deal. Coolan being valued at donuts right now and we don't have the funds to drill it. 25% of something (if there is something) going to be worth a lot more than 100% of nothing. Coolan has potenetial but it needs a majors budget. Imagine GBZ trying to spend $25m on this, even over a number of years.
