    Yes it doesn’t make sense but that would be the price he lent the shares at. Then they buy them back at these levels and they are well in front. What doesn’t make sense is that his holdings went down. If they simply returned the 10,000,000 his holdings would remain.

    So can only assume they retained the borrowed shares.
