    I think if it was going to be today it would have been released pre market open.

    Selling IP is difficult to value and not sure DEL would want to give this up so easily given the battles they had on BLM with feedstock.

    I actually think on balance this is a further capital injection or agreement with AGIG or Brickworks.

    it could be an offtake agreement/PPA for gas/electricity or otherwise. Purchase of power/gas etc. Purchase or a product just as material for purchase of shares for example.
