Do you have anything at all behind a statement like that?
It doesn't seem true to me - having an office in the USA wouldn't exactly make communication with the FDA easy anyway - that's not how they work - they schedule meetings sparingly and run them tightly, for a couple of meetings flying in would make sense - zoom seems like an alternative, and agents could be hired.
I'm not convinced P2 GVHD will ever happen or that CYP have even committed to doing it yet, but I see no absolute need for an office in the US.
