I dont know whether anyone has got the same thought as mine or not... I think this L1 Capital Ltd Pty is the shorter. Ever since they came onboard the share price plummeted.
The have not put any acquisition details, including money paid and date traded in their first announcement in 1/8/2022. Then in 14/10/2022, they release another announcement, signed by the same "Head of Compliance", saying forgetting to disclose the trade details was inadvertently. How can a "Notice of Becoming a Shareholder" signed by their "Head of Compliance" forgetting to disclose the details of the acquisition of their shares?
Not only that, the numbers in their 14th OCT announcement just doesn't seem to make sense - in anytime 4 months prior to 29/07/2022, the SP has never been at $0.486!
I do not comprehend this... is there anyway to contact the company or ASIC to straight up this?
