what I'm saying is their capex was 1.4 billion in 2017 mate they just had a disclaimer that 550m worth of infrastructure was under a BOOT arrangement and they expect someone else to pay for it and just charge them an opex so didn't include it in the 850m figure they were showing everyone. it was very hidden only in their updated DFS but not in any other company propaganda
add 30-40 percent for inflation to 1.4 billion. will end up somewhere around 2 billion.
