I have commented in the distant past,about these capex issues with TNG. There is more to raise than just the headline capex number and a few years back I said they would have to raise,all up, (including BOOT and a whole bunch of other things,required by the senior lenders, not included in the fantasy capex number), something approaching $2B. back then... If it's less than 2.5 now I'd be surprised.
I used to trade this stock a bit,but once I found myself reading every announcement of importance and immediately assuming the opposite was true,even trading it,became somewhat unjustifiable.
