I agree with your comments. CTP obviously had sufficient funds available to commit (as they did in their announcement on Friday, 5th March 2010 - the same day as the BRR interview) that "The Company has issued a Letter of Intent to contract the MB Century Rig 7 for two firm wells with an additional 4 options with a start date as early as mid-April 2010."
