Wasa, there was a good reason that FAR did not get a speeding ticket when the SP tanked: they made an announcement.
What the ASX is looking for are price and volume movements that are not attributable to a publically disclosed event, usually an announcement.
Having said that, there are plenty of movements that should attract attention, but do not.
