    Probably going by the average time for an ICC arbitration. In 2020 the average duration of proceedings in ICC cases that reached a final award was 26 months, with a median of 22 months. I'm hopeful of a shorter timespan, given you'd think the case was relatively simple and may not need to reach a deep dive on the merits, however I do think it's going to drag on a while yet - certainly into 2023.
