I think NOX should build a leadership team of people who have the experience and contacts with big pharma acquisition. Big pharmas teams aim is to shred the small bio companys to the bone and walk away with a bargain before you can blink. The easy way for them is to refuse to fund trials and make the company drain every cent till the small inexperienced bio company have to except their lowball offer or bust.
Hypothetically if big pharma knocked on the door today they would have a field day on us and we would be left with a share price not much more than it is today.
NOX need to look at how IMU are presently building a team of experts and cash reserve to go into the negotiating room with big pharma
Seek and employ ex members of FDA and big pharma. They are all buddys and will hold the door open to greet each other.
