Andrew Kelly is on the LCT chopping block and I just noticed he’s also non executive chairman of Fiji Kava.

It looks like another cushy job sucking cash out of the company while holding virtually no shares. And the result? Complete destruction of shareholder wealth during his tenure. Sounds familiar…

This is what happens when you have Directors with no “skin in the game”. They are motivated by a salary and not the creation of shareholder wealth.

As an IHL shareholder I can speak with some authority that the new group has runs on the board and put their money where their mouth is. The same can’t be said for Tuch, Willcocks and Kelly.

Don’t be a passenger in this Company. Vote out these 3 blokes and allow the new group to build the next IHL.
