I get technical points you talking about but as retire person franking credit is super duper helpful compare to capital growth in my opinion.
also Australian pension ( current system) is not reasonable as compared to us.... Living overseas on Australian pension is good but somehow dumb government there also making things difficult with how much pension person get if they live overseas in developing countries which is absolutely nonsensical in my opinion.
