It’s definitely been on my mind and while I am not a lawyer, I think the hard thing with such claims is proving your loss. Sitting on paper losses etc almost impossible to take action, as frustrated as we all are.

Contrast that to the story shared by a poster recently of selling out at $500k loss (going from memory but maybe Iceman?) who I think would have a case.

Furthermore, I am definitely keen to explore options as to pooled resources, even if from a research point of view, to put together an air tight case against PB as to clear breaches continuous disclosure obligations, making false and misleading statements etc. it wouldn’t be likely to help us re losses etc, but with any luck would stop PB from ever holding another officeholder position of any sort, and who knows maybe even worse.

this is far from my normal mindset, I’d much rather devote my time to positive endeavours but PB’s actions over the last decade and the stories of so many long suffering holders is driving me down this path to make sure that he pays and CAN NEVER MISUSE HIS POSITION AND MISLEAD PEOPLE EVER AGAIN!!!
