I think BlackRock are the preferred insto holder for DVP. They are huge on ESG investing and fits BB's vision. Not long after the Woodlawn site visit and Bill's trip to London, BlackRock have been buying on market everyday with majority of the buys from the UK office - surely someone liked what they have seen so far. They also started accumulating way before the 5% substantial holder notice last month, with 4.4% bought before 9-Sep. Will they keep buying all the way to 19.9%? They do own 18% of BGL.
