Had to go AWOL for a bit, so sorry I didn't reply to your post from some time ago. A sale on LA is indeed good news presuming it wasn't given away. BTW, Sage has stated on many occassions, that they're looking for a minimum of 350m on Marampa, hopefully more. As far as my "valuation" on Sappes (and some others) in my last post, I was actually being somewhat facetious, for the purposes of illustration. As you pointed out, Sappes is a low cost operation and has been independently valued at 50m before permitting. When permitted, the project will be worth a good deal more. Given that's a while away, I'd probably leave at the 50m mark. Anyway, the main game right now is LA. Bring on the divvy!
