    That's just the theoretical price, not strike, to assign a $ value.
    Strike price is TBA but will be 145% of the 5 day VWAP prior AGM. Looking something like 24c strike at current prices.

    AT and PB have exective duties where as the other 2 are NEDs so I think its fair they recieve a higher allocation.
