An interesting sentiment. Interesting in that the many analysts I have been listening to have been saying the exact opposite. That being this downturn is just getting started and 2023 could be when the recession gets going as interest rates really start biting.
Obviously markets are looking into the future by some way, so the bottom will be when things are dire and interest rates at their peak.
We could see a positive Monday session, but it's going to be a rocky 6 months I think. Calling the bottom now is way early IMHO.
Let's hope ARU has some positive announcements and we see the SP move up irrespective of the macro environment.
