The market is very bearish and nervous and probably we’ll keep seeing big sell off unless some reassuring news is dropped before DFS, therefore the Sp is probably going south before Christmas is my prediction.
Now if we look at the line up of executives and directors running the show, they know more than what they are telling us retail investors, Peter Schubert has put in over 2 million dollars of his own money for example, so make your own assumptions there.
If you truly believe MGT will one day get funding then buying within next few months at rock bottom could be a genius move.
Consolidation of shares price would probably see Mgt at $1.00, with management ownership and top 20 investors probably owing 1/3 of 76 million shares, that leaves 50 million shares on the market for institutional and TO agreements.
This is just scenario playing in my head at the moment, yes timing is everything when playing this game.
