That's exactly what I'm thinking as well. If I'm not mistaken, the new CEO said at the most recent investor briefing that there was a plan to "simplify the business." To me, that sounds like scaling down some parts of the entity. This is just a guess, but I'm anticipating a withdrawal from the European market. This will certainly simplify the business as well as getting the CBI issue done for once and for all. It will also mean selling off those parts of the business involved in the Euro zone, like Spain.
The decaying share price is obviously an ongoing concern and I do hope it's not in anticipation of more bad news coming.
Monday's closing price will tell for sure.
