Great "tactic" creating a positive exploration narrative... but surely heads should roll from the previous team running the show. This was such a poor operational re-start that it will be used as an example to others in the industry in the future. Some healthy executive salaries and bonuses for a company that dropped $87M into the furnace for the year and nearly fell in after it.
On a positive note, they have changed the narrative so we can all put on the rose coloured glasses for the next three years before they actually have to perform. (Another 3 years is another $10-12M dropped on the executive team at current run rates).
