BUPA was easily able to take more market share from it.
NHF must be happy that Medibank headquartered itself out of the western Docklands outskirts of Melbourne CBD.
If Medibank had based itself out of Sydney, I do not think NHF would have as much market share or be in its present state, and I doubt the security breach would have been so devastating.
