I have spoken to someone in ASIC re MSC.

you need to come up with specific examples where you believe the market has been mislead (or whatever the nature of the complaint is) etc.. so prepare your information.

I imagine they have calls all the time about companies which are really just a general whinge.

based on some previous posters is it really the management or more that the product and operating environment isn't really right?

i agree it doesn't help being led down a garden path....
