Gard's...You're missing the point again old chap....... If (in a 2 horse race) a broker says (horse 1) chm only has a 10% chance he is obviously therefore saying that the other horse (in this race MMX) has a 90% chance of winning if my maths is correct!!!!! Ridiculous in the extreme to even suggest "should'nt have been ours in the first place"....There would have been many options open to MMX to fund the aquisition without chm's money, ie higher content of shares and less cash, higher contribution of cash from the ipo that funded the balance of $550,000 anyway....loan from financial institution....These were'nt explored simply because mmx was'nt aware of the need...As barnes and grim had done there dirty work without MMX's knowledge...So to suggest that MMX couldnt have bought project without chm is a nonesense that chm are trying to peddle...My mail is no one gives any credence to this particular part of claim....
