No one on here supported the remuneration report when it came out. it's all in the logs go back and have a read.

However the issue is the corporate governence, SRL doesn't comply with it's own directives,

When RF is a board member who approves the remuneration report to go to the share holders for a vote, then as the largest share holder vots that way, it means the board is always free to do what ever they want.

However if there were more independent board members that imbalance is balanced.

It's their corporate governance, they are not following their own rules.
