Nah. They have stated on numerous occasions that they are looking at DOE loans. This in conjunction with the commencement of production they should avoid any "monster" CRs.
As with any development you don't pay up front. This will give them time to start with ths $150m grant plus at least $150m of their own cash-on-hand to get the project rolling. 2023 & 2024 could see around $150m each in revenue by this stage SP will be significantly higher meaning any need for CR will result in minimal dilution.
I think any talk of "monster" CRs is ill considered and shows a lack of understanding of the company and their intentions.
