3H, In the case of TG World the answer is clearly that they can't afford it - 130 million shares on issue x 12c Canadian gives a market cap of $16 million (Canadian).
This is the small end of the pissant end of the spectrum.
True no major is all that interested in the shallows but surely NDO could have done better than this - perhaps a mid-tier Aussie like TAP...
