I note Both Barnes and Grim The villains Happy to take paper (shares in winterfall later onverted to mmx) as payment for spotters fee...lot better than cash it turned out.....AGO just bought AXO NO CASH all paper.....axo shareholders not complaining.......I believe MMX did indeed pay its listing fee's though... I believe chm was illegally listed and directors convicted of criminal fraud....Great company that one, the none paying of fee's seems trivial in comparison to chm's very, very murky practices eh old chap.!!
